About the VALD Contracts Admin Team


We have plenty of growing left to do, so we are looking for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This newly created role is to assist our Europe team with receipting and dispatching VALD technology, performing maintenance and minor repairs on products, setting up clients in our online systems, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, and the Middle East.


This full-time role requires the successful individual to work from the Strasbourg office full-time to receive and dispatch shipments.


What you will do



  • Manage the logistics of our Strasbourg office, including day-to-day office management, receipting shipments, and stock management.

  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on products as required.

  • Receive shipments and process asset returns in our assessment management system.

  • Book, package, and send shipments of technology as requested.

  • Liaise with international customs brokers to facilitate prompt clearance of shipments and resolution of issues (if required).

  • Manage VALD assets using our asset management system.

  • Assist with account setup for clients in the backend of our systems.


Is this you?



  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse management.

  • Proven experience coordinating and booking shipping.

  • Proven experience in managing conflicting priorities.

  • Expert attention to detail.

  • The ability to work across multiple time zones.

  • Knowledge of international customs requirements will be highly regarded.

  • You are bilingual, with English as your second language, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills.
