Tech Recruiter - São Paulo - Brazil

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from initial screening to final offer.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
4. Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, resume databases, and networking events.
5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified and engaged candidates.
6. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
7. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a high-tech recruitment environment.
2. Deep knowledge of IT industry technologies and trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
5. Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
