Job Description

Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager at Toradex, you will be at the forefront of driving the Go To Market initiative to create awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge hardware products and other embedded computing solutions. You will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing to create and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonate with current and potential customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audiences, a strategic approach to product positioning, and the ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market: Planning and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with other teams.

  • Positioning & Messaging: Creating a narrative around the product that resonates with target customers and aligns the company and our partners on the communication for key USP of our products, leveraging and tying multiple communication channels.

  • Customer Insights: Understanding the language, needs, and pains of the target audience.

  • Data Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the product's performance in terms of sales, market share, and customer satisfaction to help inform future decisions.

  • Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Supporting the sales and marketing teams with resources, training, and tools that help them sell and market the product more effectively. Managing the development of various content types (blogs, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies) to educate and engage customers, showcase the product's features and benefits, and drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Enable Evangelists: Planning and managing strategies for increasing the network of Toradex customers and partners and enabling them to talk about the product to spread awareness around various communities.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • You have a proven track record in Product Marketing or a related field.

  • You are familiar with Embedded Computing Systems.

  • You are passionate and enthusiastic about talking about new, cutting-edge embedded devices.

  • You know how to translate product features to customer needs, creating strong value propositions.

  • You enjoy learning about customers' needs and applications.

  • You can lead by influence.

  • Five years of professional experience.

  • Strong English, both written and spoken.

  • Exceptional communication skills.


Nice to Have:



  • Experience in Toradex’s target verticals such as Healthcare, Industrial Automation, Transportation, Smart City, or Test and Measurement.

  • Hands-on, embedded software/hardware development experience.
