Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Search Specialist Trainee for finding relevant candidates in Candidate Databases, Developer Platforms, and Job Boards based on strict search criteria.

What You Will Do:

1. Propose innovative solutions to track hard-to-find profiles.
2. Define search filters to find hyper-targeted leads.
3. Work with data and create plans to find the best candidates with a high probability of applying to openings.
4. Come up with creative ways to reach out to candidates that are not necessarily looking for a job.

Here's What We're Looking For:

1. Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion.
2. Time management and organization.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
4. Working experience in online and phone sales techniques (is a plus).
5. Experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus.
6. Advanced English Level.
