What we’re looking for:

We need a Facebook Ads Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As a Facebook Ads Manager specializing in the local service industry, you will lead comprehensive, data-driven ad campaigns that deliver measurable results. We are seeking a true expert in Facebook advertising with a solid portfolio that reflects a history of successful, high-ROI campaigns. This role requires a seasoned professional with an advanced understanding of Facebook Ads and a proactive approach to managing and optimizing campaigns independently. You should possess the skills to solve challenges autonomously and bring a strategic mindset to drive client success without the need for constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and management of Facebook ad campaigns tailored for local service industry clients. Ensure campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum reach and conversion.
  • ROI-Driven Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance to refine strategies, adjust bids, and maximize return on investment. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to drive high-impact results consistently.
  • Advanced Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target ideal segments, maximizing the relevance and effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Strategic Client Collaboration: Work closely with customer managers to align ad strategies with specific client business objectives, ensuring that every ad aligns with the overarching marketing goals and messaging.
  • Budget Management and Bid Adjustments: Strategically monitor and adjust budgets and bids to ensure optimal campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make real-time adjustments for best results.
  • Stay Updated on Trends and Policies: Continuously stay abreast of Facebook’s advertising policies, platform updates, and industry trends. Your proactive approach should reflect an eagerness to leverage the latest insights to keep campaigns effective and compliant.
  • Transparent Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports for clients and internal teams, offering insights and actionable recommendations that improve understanding and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Growth and Self-Learning: As a Facebook Ads Manager, you are expected to independently refine your skills and stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in Facebook advertising. We seek a candidate who tackles challenges head-on and continuously learns and implements new techniques to keep our campaigns at the forefront of industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Facebook advertising, with a portfolio that showcases high-ROI campaigns and strategic optimizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for maximizing ad performance.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform, policies, and best practices for targeting and campaign management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience reporting on campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, capable of identifying and resolving challenges independently.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns for local service industries is a plus.

Salary & growth opportunities:

Remote Facebook Ads Manager - Top Performer compensation starts at $1,800 (USD) a month

You’ll be assigned tasks quickly with support as we build your confidence

You’ll be graded on your work speed and quality

Growth opportunities:

Strong opportunity for growth for Facebook Ads Managers who go above and beyond with every project assigned.

We actively promote from within. Successful Facebook Ads Managers are first in line for promotion into our core strategy team and manager-level positions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Problem-solver: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you. We are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than simply identifying problems. You will hurdle problems and not allow them to get in your way.
  • Detail-oriented: The core of your job is getting things done well the first time. The CEO needs to be confident in the work you complete without having to review it. You need to be a person who cares deeply about detail, efficiency, and high-quality work. You need to be able to manage several separate tasks simultaneously.
  • Marketing Strategist: Everything is marketing. You should be obsessed with our brand and the brand of our clients. You should have a high-level vision for how each project contributes to the overall company scaling plan. Knowing Google Ads would help a lot in this role. Knowing the fundamentals of copywriting, video ads, funnels, automation, and communication will significantly help you excel in this role.

You speak directly and make decisions quickly. You like to take charge in a situation and explore worthwhile, practical solutions. Your determination and confidence make you a strong leader.

Important personality traits:

  • Persuasive
  • Assertive
  • Confident
  • Direct

What energizes you:

  • Taking charge
  • Ambitious goals
  • Challenges
  • Professional growth
  • Competition & winning

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

  • Remote working. This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
  • All job offers start with a 60-day trial to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
  • A wide range of tasks and projects, from a wide array of marketing, managing emails, slack, and much more.
  • The company's CEO demands punctuality, accuracy, and speed. There is only room for good-quality work.

Our values:

  • Truth: Everything we do requires a commitment to truth as our company's core principle and foundation. We are data-driven marketers, and data is truth. If something isn’t working, we tell the client. If we make a mistake, we own it. If we don’t know the answer, we admit it readily (and then work to figure it out!) If we disagree, we say so. Truth is the first and most crucial step to solving any problem.
  • Responsibility: How do we do more? How do we give more? How do we help each other? Responsibility requires us to be looking for opportunities to go further constantly. We don’t try to get out of work. We lean into it. You’ll never hear us say, “That’s not my job.” By being proactive with our skillset, we place ourselves in a position to influence the world around us in a way that only those who understand true responsibility ever can.
  • Quality: It’s not enough to simply do. We are not average performers. We are TOP PERFORMERS. You have to care about your clients, your teammates, and yourself. You have to work like it matters, like what you’re doing means something. You need to know that you’re making an impact and understand that people rely on you to do what’s best for them. We have been offered a sacred trust in helping people grow their businesses, so we treat their businesses as our own.
