What we’re looking for:

We need a Google Ads Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.


As a Google Ads Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving high-performance advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform. We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI. Your analytical expertise and self-sufficient approach make you a true expert, capable of independently managing campaigns from setup to reporting, all while identifying strategic opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who is deeply knowledgeable in the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the setup, execution, and continuous optimization of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring each is aligned with business goals and geared toward high performance.
  • Comprehensive Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to maximize relevance, optimize targeting, and drive conversions for every campaign. Your expertise should demonstrate a keen understanding of how to reach the right audience with the right message.
  • Compelling Ad Copywriting: Craft persuasive, conversion-driven ad copy that captures attention and engages the target audience effectively, driving engagement and action.
  • Enhanced Campaign Performance with Ad Extensions: Manage and optimize ad extensions to enhance campaign visibility, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness, ensuring all elements support maximum ROI.
  • Budget and Bid Optimization: Monitor, adjust, and strategically manage budgets and bids to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and results-driven.
  • A/B Testing and Performance Enhancement: Regularly conduct A/B testing to refine ad components and strategies, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness through data-driven adjustments.
  • Insightful Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to both clients and internal teams to drive informed decisions and continual improvement.
  • Staying Current with Policies and Trends: Keep abreast of Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry developments, consistently applying new knowledge to maintain competitive and compliant campaigns.
  • Growth and Self-Learning: As a Google Ads Manager, you are expected to proactively refine your skills, continuously learning and implementing new techniques, tools, and trends. Your ability to tackle challenges independently and stay updated on Google Ads changes will ensure our campaigns remain highly competitive and effective.


Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns with a portfolio showcasing measurable results and optimized performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads policies, tools, and strategies for maximizing ad performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and delivering insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities and solving challenges independently.
  • Experience in managing campaigns for diverse industries is a plus.
