Job Description - Necessary requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge in: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, 99Jobs, Info Jobs, Vagas.com;
• Talent Acquisition processes such as: Screening (CVs and interviews – online and onsite), sourcing, engagement/candidate experience, employer branding, hunting ground, dynamic group methodologies, Internal Communication, ATS, stakeholder management;
• Coordination of hiring strategies to attract the best candidates;
• International hiring (Latin America and Europe);
• Performance focused on IT positions;
• Onboarding process
