Responsibilities



  • Align and implement the manufacturing capabilities in accordance with the operation excellence model, bringing all manufacturing plant managers to the same level of technical skills and leadership capabilities.

  • Building an effective Productivity experts structure with clearly defined roles, segregation of duties, and supporting field teams in securing resourcing for the same.

  • Develop and execute the strategy to achieve savings commitment through main productivity tools and initiatives.

  • Define productivity tools and initiatives to be deployed on the field operations as well as the support to the local Operations to achieve annual productivity commitments.

  • Implement initiatives in all Salty plants focusing on delivering higher efficiencies and sharing best practices through Deep Dive exercises supported by the global and regional experts.

  • Define and deploy the productivity agenda for manufacture area focusing on implementing correct tools and capabilities to achieve AOP target.

  • Provide the Manufacture and agro areas with KPIs to support decision making through a Brazil structure of Consolidation and Report.

  • Leads and coordinates the AOP process execution for Productivity Manufacture and agro: analyzing data, prioritizing lines/sites to deliver growth plans (targets, initiatives and calendar).

  • Guide teams to find opportunities for improvement on Process. Improve the Business intelligence to generate productivity.

  • Lead projects of productivity/operational opportunities that involve Capex and work together with Engineering, Financial and Operations teams in the construction: providing data, calculating savings and doing the tracking for right execution and report.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain new best practices and breakthrough innovation for field operations.

  • Develop reports to inform and guide teams on KPI opportunities, including costs, quality, safety and people capability.


Qualifications



  • Proven track record in developing/implementing productivity programs in manufacturing and agro environments, with a demonstrable broad awareness and understanding of self-management teams.

  • Background in major and a strong understanding of Operations.

  • Strong knowledge required in Manufacturing Operations programs such as TPM (Total Performance Management), Lean Six Sigma and Network Analyses.

  • Advanced level in English and Spanish.

  • Strong communication skills.
