Drilling Engineer Position at Fox Human Capital

Fox Human Capital is supporting an O&G company for the position of Drilling Engineer in Rio de Janeiro.

Responsibilities:

1. Must direct and monitor the operations on well construction in general;
2. Maintain records of all well-related operations;
3. Assist reservoir engineers in planning operations to improve production rates;
4. Write technical reports for engineering and management;
5. Provide the main interface with the service companies;
6. Reviewing/developing detailed procedures, equipment lists, deck plans, and any other relevant requirements;
7. Contribute and develop in-house information-sharing initiatives;
8. Will report directly to the Production & Operation department manager;

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering;
2. Advanced English;
3. 3 years experience in offshore operations (minimum);
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
5. Troubleshoot well-related issues and drilling optimization;
