Job Title : ColdFusion Operations Support Resource (L3 Level) Location : Pune (Hybrid, Work from Office - No Remote Work) Contract Duration : 6 Months to 1 Year Budget : Up to 16.50 LPA Experience : 5-7 Years Notice Period : Immediate joiners only Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage and administer Adobe ColdFusion Enterprise Cluster, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. - Support cloud-hosted environments and web applications, providing expertise in migration, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Handle complex application or infrastructure migration projects independently, ensuring smooth execution with minimal disruption. - Provide L3 level operational support, resolving escalated issues and ensuring continuous availability of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in application lifecycle management. - Address critical issues during weekends as part of rotational or on-call support. - Perform proactive performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of ColdFusion systems and associated infrastructure. Mandatory Skills : Adobe ColdFusion : Advanced enterprise cluster management and administration experience. Cloud Expertise : Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Database Management : Proficiency in working with databases to support web applications. Web Application Knowledge : Strong understanding of web-based systems and their architecture. Independent Problem-Solving : Proven ability to independently execute complex migrations and manage critical tasks. Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of modern DevOps tools and practices. - Familiarity with scripting for automation and deployment. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for web applications. Additional Information : Support Hours : Must be available during weekends for operational support as needed. Work Model : Hybrid, work from office in Pune - strictly no remote work. Relevant Experience : Only candidates with 5-7 years of direct and relevant experience will be considered.
