Job Title : Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant Location : Hyderabad/ Pune Experience : 7-10 years Notice period : Immediate- 30 days Mandatory Skills : Oracle cloud SCM, Inventory, Order Management , Procurement, End-End Implementations Job Type : Full-time Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant with 7 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, specifically in the Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Procurement (Proc) modules. As an Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for the successful configuration, deployment, and management of these cloud solutions to improve our client's supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Implementation : Lead and manage Oracle Cloud SCM (INV, OM, Proc) implementations, ensuring successful project delivery from requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and go-live. - Solution Design & Configuration : Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Design, configure, and test Oracle Cloud applications (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement). - Project Leadership : Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to while maintaining the highest quality standards. - Stakeholder Management : Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives. - Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Training & Support : Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams to ensure proper adoption and usage of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. - Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process improvements by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to optimize existing processes and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Procurement (Proc) modules. - Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management (INV), Order Management (OM), and Procurement. - Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM architecture, configuration, and integration with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems. - Business Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, order management, inventory control, and logistics. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Leadership : Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior consultants or team members. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions quickly. - Certifications : Oracle Cloud SCM certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Skills : - Industry Experience : Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.] is a plus. - Integration Experience : Knowledge of integrating Oracle Cloud SCM with other Oracle and third-party solutions. - Project Management : Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
