Job Description
Technical Skills Required : - Managing cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes - Providing a high level of services to our customers and adhering to our strict SLA's for response - Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management - Endure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy - Providing assistance and cove for other team members where required - Preferred who has knowledge of Zen desk, C4C, Internal developed CRM and Apps Websites and other small applications. - Hands on experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, Tomcat & JBOSS servers - Hands on experience in determining the root causes of application errors and providing solution - Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to Manager - Ability to understand the logic flow of programming through reading application logs - Managing application migration activities across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics - Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance General Skills Required : - The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics - Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Excellent customers service skills - Understanding of software development cycle - Excellent written and spoken English (ref:hirist.tech)
