Technical Architect - SFDC Sales Cloud

Title : SFDC Technical Architect. Location : PAN India(Hybrid). Duration of Contract : Long Term Contract. Notice Period : Immediate joiners. Role Description : This is a contract SFDC Technical Architect role with 12 years of experience for Cygnus Professionals Inc. The role is based in Bengaluru and allows for some remote work. The SFDC Technical Architect will be responsible for technical architecture, software development, solution architecture, integration, and enterprise architecture tasks on a day-to-day basis. Mandatory Skills : SFDC Platform, LWC, FSL, Field Service Lightning, Integration. Qualifications : - Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture skills. - Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model. - Experience in integration. - Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs. - Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story. - Provide guidance on user story writing style. - Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments Where appropriate this could include deploying changes. - Strong knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce.com) platform. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. - Experience in the healthcare IT industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Primary skills : - Expert in Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Community Cloud, LWC, Integration. - Hands on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs. Secondary Skills : - This is a varied delivery leadership role with the following responsibilities. - Should be able to work on Salesforce Integrations with Third party tools. - Manufacturing Domain knowledge will be added advantage. - Should be able to define Salesforce solutions. - Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry. - Experience with Agile Development Scrum Practice. - Review prepares the technical design document. - Participate in design discussions. - Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews. - Experience writing user stories requirements test scripts and test cases. - Own the design of Salesforce and optionally other affiliated solutions for Sales Service and platform solutions. - Participate in testing in general and performs unit tests. - Quality Documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions preferred. - Contributes to Test scripts and Test cases for Manual and Automation. Job Description : - Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains. - Strong technical aptitude - Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking problem solving methodologies. - Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results - Able to manage multiple priorities maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment. - Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model. - Technical Assistance to Team Drive Team to deliver as per defined Team productivity. - Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce. - Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs. - Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story. - Provide guidance on user story writing style. - Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments Where appropriate this could include deploying changes. - Review solutions and recommending improvements. - Conduct research into client's use of Salesforce producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. - Reviews functional design for initiatives and lead defining dev standards and best practices. - Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive when online.
