Job Title : Oracle Cloud WMS Consultant Location : Pune/ Hyderabad Job Type : Full-time Experience : 2-7 years Notice period : Immediate to 30 days Key Responsibilities : Oracle Cloud WMS Expertise : - Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules based on business requirements. - Optimize warehouse processes using Oracle Cloud WMS capabilities like inventory management, receiving, shipping, and order management. Requirement Analysis : - Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for warehouse management. - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. System Design & Configuration : - Design and configure Oracle Cloud WMS modules for inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. - Set up advanced features such as task management, wave planning, and labor management. Testing & Validation : - Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues during implementation. - Ensure the WMS configurations align with operational goals and compliance standards. Training & Support : - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users. - Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and fine-tune configurations. Integration & Collaboration : - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud WMS with other Oracle ERP Cloud modules or third-party systems. Change Management & Support : - Lead change management initiatives during and post-implementation phases. - Offer Level 2/3 support to troubleshoot complex WMS issues in a live environment. Training & Enablement : - Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption. - Create detailed user manuals, guides, and FAQs to aid the client team. Required Skills : - Experience with Oracle Cloud WMS : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud WMS modules. - Technical Knowledge : Understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and cloud solutions. - Warehouse Processes : Proficiency in end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve WMS-related issues. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation. - Additional Tools : Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle Cloud WMS Certification is highly desirable. - Experience in handling multiple warehouse locations and multi-client implementations. - Exposure to working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Functional Expertise : - Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud WMS modules such as inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, warehouse organization, and task management. Technical Skills : - Familiarity with Oracle PaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and SQL/PLSQL. - Hands-on experience with WMS setup tables, data flows, and transaction logs. Analytical Skills : - Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex operational challenges. - Knowledge of WMS-related KPIs and reporting tools for warehouse efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Experience working with ERP and SCM modules (like Oracle Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management). - Strong ability to coordinate across IT, operations, and management teams. Project Management : - Knowledge of project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle Cloud WMS Implementation Specialist Certification. - Experience with multi-country Oracle Cloud WMS rollouts. - Exposure to other Oracle SCM modules (like Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory Management, or Procurement Cloud). - Knowledge of industry-standard warehouse operations and tools such as ASRS, barcode scanning, and RFID technology.
