Carpenter/Multi (Repairs)

Social Housing Contractor looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Repairs Contract covering Richmond and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties and must be able to work on their own.

The candidate must have their own tools.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, Uniform, PDA to complete your duties.

Duties will include:

- Hanging Doors

- Door frame repair/renew

- Window frames UPCV and Wood

- Locks and latches

- Multi Locks

- Kitchen unit worktops

- Bath panel stud work

- Skirting and architraves

- Forced entry

- Flooring repair/renew

- Basic Plumbing

- Painting, patch plaster, tiling and painting small areas

This is a temporary role until April 2025 - permanent roles are available

40 hours per week PAID

1 hour per hour UNPAID

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm
