Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to support our architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent CAD skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and designers, providing essential technical drawings and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop and refine design concepts.
Ensure all drawings and designs adhere to building regulations and standards.
Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress.
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building control documentation.
Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Review and update technical documentation as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Relevant degree or certification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
