Senior Quantity Surveyor – Life Sciences Project
This leading Tier 1 contractor has been successful in winning a large refurbishment project in central London and they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the £50m scheme.
You will as the Senior Quantity Surveyor be the lead commercial person on the project and will report directly to the Commercial Director. There will be an initial team of 3 Quantity Surveyors varying in experience.
The project is a £50m refurbishment at a large research institution in Euston, NW1 London. It is considered a “Life Sciences” project and will consist of heavy refurbishment and structural changes which will lead to a high-quality fitout of commercial space including specialist laboratories and clean room associated with scientific research which will be carried out there.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you must have been a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a lead role on a major Tier 1 contractor. Life science project experience is not essential however, major refurbishment projects is essential for this role. A recognised Quantity Surveying qualification is also required.
