Job Description
Job Title: NetSuite Technician
Location: Plymouth
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday
Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to expansion Ventro Group are looking to grow our internal IT support team; We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will assist with the implementation & ongoing development of our NetSuite system.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on NetSuite developments to support the group’s growth and strategy
Administer and maintain the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customisation, configuration, and workflows
Ad-Hoc requests from internal stakeholders, such as generating reports, custom fields and other minor adjustments to NetSuite system
First line system support, Assisting with problem resolutions - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues
Review system and equipment performance
General system maintenance as required
Assist with system training and updates
Installing, configuring and maintaining software, hardware, network and application components of the IT system
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing
Enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches
Assist with month-end reporting
The successful candidate will:
Previous experience of NetSuite
Possess a motivated, driven, and positive can-do attitude
Have a solution-oriented mindset – 1 problem, 2 solutions
Able to work independently but also as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements
