Hays are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a hospital construction project in Taunton.
This is a temporary position, with an expected end date in April. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the Site Manager with coordinating and supervising construction activities.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:Valid SMSTSCSCS card - Black or Gold.First Aid Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.Strong organisational and communication skills.
