Our client, a multi-disciplinary business specialising in residential sales and lettings, is offering a unique opportunity for a Conveyancer to take on a key position in their expanding team. This is a non-fee earning role, which allows you to manage your diary & workload how you see fit.

Generous Salary: Earn up to £60,000 (full-time equivalent), depending on your experience.Open to All Levels of Experience: Whether you're a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or non-qualified with solid experience, our client welcomes candidates with the right expertise to carry out the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Look after all pre-sale enquiries (collating all relevant information for Solicitors' enquiries), notice of transactions and share sales
Provide expert advice on leasehold matters including lease terms, ground rent, and service charges.
Draft and review contracts and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with clients, lenders, landlords, and other stakeholders for smooth, efficient transactions.
