Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for your next opportunity in the Building Services/Facilities Management sector? We’re hiring for a role based on a static site near Telford, where you’ll oversee hard services delivery to ensure operational excellence.
Position Details:
* Role: Contract Manager (Building Services/Facilities Management)
* Location: Static site within a commutable distance to Telford
* Salary: Up to £50,000
* Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Pension benefits
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all hard services on-site, including maintenance and engineering, to meet client and industry standards.
* Lead a dedicated team, ensuring high levels of service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively addressing needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
