Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Salary: £45-55k + package (experience dependant)
Type: Perm / full time / Hybrid
Location: Scotland, UK

About the role…
We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our design team. In this role, you'll:
Deliver civil designs for infrastructure projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Handle everything from feasibility to detailed designs for construction
Supervise junior staff
Conduct site visits and write reports
Ensure health and safety standards are metYou'll work on various infrastructure projects from start to finish. This is a permanent, hybrid position.
What you'll do…
Prioritise health and safety in all design work
Develop designs that meet client requirements and standards
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Ensure projects stay on time and within budget
Help prepare and manage project budgets
Write and review feasibility studies and reports
Present engineering solutions to clients
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Check and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations
What we're looking for…
Experience in designing infrastructure
Relevant degree (working towards professional accreditation is a plus)
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic AutoCAD
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in teams and meet project deadlines
Client-focused approach to service
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
Strong focus on health and safety
