Job Description
Quantity Surveyor - Kent Based Consultancy
A small Kent based construction consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They work on high end mansions and apartments in London working for high net worth clients.
Main duties:
• Prepare bills of quantities / cost plans / work schedules
• Attending and writing minutes for meetings
• Collating tenders
• Preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts
Ideal candidate:
• Degree qualified
• 2+ years construction experience
• Cost planning and project management knowledge
• Good communication skills- written & oral
• Pre and post contract cost management experience
• Worked on projects within the built environment.
• Proficient in measurements and good knowledge of NRM
The role is office based with site visits and once settled in, hybrid working available.
