Recruitment Resourcer
Overview:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, source candidates through various channels, and facilitate the screening and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
2. **Candidate Engagement:** Reach out to potential candidates via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce opportunities and assess their interest and suitability for specific roles.
3. **Screening and Assessment:** Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
4. **Database Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all relevant information is properly documented for future reference.
5. **Coordination:** Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing the overall logistics of the recruitment process.
6. **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential talent pools and recruitment opportunities.
7. **Candidate Relationship Management:** Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience and foster long-term connections.
8. **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is desirable.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for recruitment, and a genuine interest in helping individuals find meaningful career opportunities.
