Retrofit Coordinator
£30-£35K dependent on experience
Yeovil
Our client, an independent construction consultancy, are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join their business on a permanent basis.
Working in and around Yeovil, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of domestic dwellings to retrofit energy saving measures.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced and qualified retrofit coordinator or someone with experience in the renewable industry that would be willing to take the qualification.
Responsibilities:
Surveying properties in Yeovil and surrounding areas
Coordinating retrofit projects and ensuring delivery within set timeframes
Liaising with retrofit installation teams, residents and external contractors
Completing compliance checks of project documentation
Requirements:
Either qualified in domestic retrofit coordination or experienced within the building or renewables sector
Previous renewable experience is desirable
Excellent customer service
Good written, verbal and IT skills
