Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor based in Exeter, Devon. They work with in the public sector, providing repairs, maintenance and retrofit work on behalf of their end clients.
They would like to appoint an experienced QS to join their commercial team. There is the option for either a Senior QS or a QS to join.
The contractor would like to appoint people with previous social housing experience and a clear understanding of schedule of rates.
An understanding of bids and tenders would be advantageous as well as experience of client relationship building too.
