Project Manager - Enabling and Earthworks

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee civil works on a high-profile project with a delivery scope valued up to £50 million. This role requires a proactive approach in strategy development, overseeing the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure they meet cost, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SSCs (Systems, Structures, and Components) to maximize replication and prepare key contracts.
• Oversee engineering studies and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop post-FID contracts, including terms, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces for cohesive project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and mitigate replication risks.
• Drive technical procurement processes and contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Civils Works experience
• Project Management experience minimum of 5 years in civils or major projects
• Degree or degree equivalent civils/project management/engineering
• Procurement and management of complex contracts

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £76,000 - £82,000 (OPEN TO BOTH CONTRACT AND PERM)
