Job Description
Assistant Site Manager with house building experience, Immediately required in Downham Market.
RCM Ltd are working with a Privately Owned Residential Developer who are looking to recruit for an Assistant Site Manager to join their site team in Downham Market on a new build residential project. You shall be working directly with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Site Manager and Project Manager
Managing direct staff and specialist subcontractors on site.
Overlooking the installations completed and ensuring that work is carried out to specification.
Ensuring that H&S is met and adhered to.
Assisting the management of the project through to completion. The Assistant Site Manager, will have:
Previous experience managing the delivery of housing projects (5 years)
SMSTS
