Job title: Quantity Surveyor
we are looking for someone who would be happy with an initial 3-month term, below is an outline of the role and the requirement.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure our projects are commercially viable and profitable, while also working with the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver Value for Money (VfM) for our clients.
. Lead the Commercial Process from Start to Finish:
How will you manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including cost planning and contract negotiations?
Can you develop robust pricing strategies and risk assessments that align with our company standards?
Drive Portfolio Performance:
How will you work with Project Managers to maximize profitability and ensure accurate cost management across a portfolio of projects?
Can you build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate favourable terms?
Administer Contracts and Manage Changes:
Are you skilled in preparing, submitting, and negotiating interim valuations and final accounts?
How will you ensure that all contract variations are properly documented, evaluated, and agreed upon?
Control Costs and Mitigate Risks:
How do you plan to implement effective cost control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities?
Can you develop strategies to manage financial risks and contingencies?
Provide Insightful Reporting and Analysis:
How will you prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support decision-making?
Are you experienced in conducting financial reviews and audits to drive continuous improvement?Qualifications and Experience:
