The Role for the Building Surveyor:
As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services, including:
Managing Party Wall Awards and fulfilling Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities.
Preparing cost estimates, dilapidation schedules, and overseeing negotiations.
Conducting building surveys for various purposes and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
Submitting planning and building control applications.
Leading Contract Administration, primarily under JCT contract types.
What We're Looking for from the Building Surveyor:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A degree in Building Surveying with 2+ years' experience.
Strong communication skills, enabling you to confidently engage with a range of clients.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and a understanding of building regulations
