Civil Litigation Solicitor

I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor. They do not require someone with years of experience, rather someone who is skilled in dealing with the areas listed below.

Job Details:

• 3 month contract (with the opportunity to extend)
• £40 per hour (umbrella)
• Start date is at the end of November
• Hybrid work

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload, covering breach of contract, debt recovery, property disputes
• Regular court attendance (County Court hearings for fast-track, intermediate and multi-track claims)
• Hands on experience in property litigation, landlord tenant disputes and related matters
