Have you delivered, developed and reviewed Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEND, setting measurable targets and strategy for support?

As a SENCo you will be:

• Developing and Reviewing IEPS for SEND students
• Managing a team of LSA working directly with SEND students
• Supporting SEMH needs of SEND students
• Advocating for students with SEND helping students gain additional support
• Ensure compliance with national and local legislation regarding SEND

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and additional SENCo qualifications or willingness to undertake training
• Experience in supporting children with a range of SEN, ideally in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the SEND code of practice
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff and external professionals
