Head of Commissioning – Adult Social Care Integrated Commissioning Service

With experience of working within local authority social care and as part of joined-up care and health commissioning arrangements; you will know your way around the complete commissioning cycle and have a demonstrable, effective track record of coproduction, working in partnership with operational services and contracted providers, and leading complex service transformation projects which have achieved great results for service users with best value for money.

Reporting to the joint Director/Assistant Director for the Integrated Commissioning Service and working alongside other integrated commissioning leads across Bromley Council and South East London ICB you will work across adult care and health services with an intial focus on learning disability service, developing housing with care opportunities and getting the best out of your contracted services.

You will be an outcomes-driven commissioner who can work innovatively and collaboratively. You will lead on developing and delivering strategy and commissioning and delivery plans; service redesign, market shaping, tendering and contract management, and ensuring that the Council and ICB is able to meet the needs of patients and service users.
