Silverstone’s success comes down to the talent and commitment of its staff and the HR team are essential in managing the integrity of the recruitment and hiring process, the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, as well as policies and procedures that impact the wellbeing of the staff and company. We are approachable points of contact and know how to get the best from people, and during the event season we play a special role in being responsible for operational welfare support to the wider teams.
JOB PURPOSE
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our recruitment marketing strategy. You will elevate our employer brand, attract top talent, and position our diverse leisure and motorsport destination as an employer of choice.
CONTRACT LENGTH - 6 MONTHS FTC
START DATE - ASAP UNTIL MAY 2025
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Campaigns: Create and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract candidates for specific roles and overall talent pools, highlighting the unique opportunities within our leisure and hospitality offerings.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our employer brand across various channels, including social media, our company website, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in producing high-quality content, such as job descriptions, banners, posters, social media posts, blog articles, and video content, to engage potential candidates, showcasing the excitement and diversity of our business.
- Social Media Management: Working closely with our Marketing team, manage our recruitment campaigns on social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, to share engaging content, interact with the audience, and promote our career opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and extended People and Culture team, in-house marketing team, external agencies, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and to create a cohesive and impactful recruitment marketing strategy.
- Collateral Production: Produce recruitment-specific marketing collateral, such as flyers, posters, and presentations, utilising design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to visually communicate our brand and attract top talent.
- ATS and Careers Page: updating advertising copy and job descriptions.
- Candidate Journey: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with the candidate journey from attraction to interview stage.

WHO WE’RE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with recruitment marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent IT literacy (excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Smartsheet)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with in-house marketing teams and external agencies.
- Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas aligned with our brand values and ethos.
