We're Hiring! Join our team as a Part-Time Logistics & Materials Co-ordinator at Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC).

Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics & Materials Co-ordinator to join our team. AOC is a joint operating company established in 2015, focused on exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in the Anasuria Cluster. As the Logistics & Materials Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of flights, supply vessels, and materials movement. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing key contracts and supporting the budget process for your designated area and provide holiday cover for the Anasuria Asset Planner.


Role and Responsibilities:


Health, Safety and Environment

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policy and company procedures in all activities.
  • Monitor and share lessons learned regarding vendor HSE performance.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and demonstrate behaviours in line with the company's values.


Strategic Priorities

  • Owns and manages logistics contracts, ensuring they remain competitive and fit for purpose. Main contracts include Shore Base, Aviation, Vessels, and Personnel Logistics.
  • Supports contract tender exercises when required.
  • Prepares and effectively manages the annual Logistics budget, including raising purchase orders and reviewing and approving invoices.
  • Provides proactive advice in terms of mitigating/managing commercial and business risk.
  • Continuously develops ways of working by seeking feedback from colleagues and key stakeholders.


Logistics Management

  • Responsible for ensuring as far as practicable that weekly flights to the FPSO run smoothly, being proactive to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Acts as the focal point for air freight to ensure that business needs are met.
  • Ensures efficient movement of materials to and from the FPSO, working closely with asset engineers and planners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensures that water and fuel are delivered to the FPSO in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates marine assurance for all vessels being used.
  • Liaising with Warehouses to ensure timeous delivery of materials


Materials Management

  • Oversee the receipting and manifesting function within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, updates and reporting
  • Material Master QA/QC, ensuring all datasheets/documents and certification requirements are met before being entered into Maximo by AOC CMMS team
  • Track material movements and conduct quarterly UN/QA audits
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet FNLD on work order
  • Assist in material disposal process and arranging associated sign off within AOC
  • Oversee quarterly stock audits onshore/offshore to ensure materials and inventory processes are followed
  • Manage repairs being sent back from offshore and that the repair WOs are raised and manifested correctly.


Planning Support

  • Provide holiday cover to assist AOC Asset Planner, this would include:
  • Maintaining the POB forecast;
  • Being responsible for the weekly issue of the 6 Week Plan;
  • Collating and issuing Planning KPI report on a weekly basis,
  • Ensuring that AIR and MOB forms received are completed correctly and approved;
  • Ensuring that all activities entering the Integrated Asset Plan have been assessed, prioritised and approved by the appropriate Gatekeeper;
  • Ensuring that any changes are managed through the formal change management process with relevant approval and are communicated to relevant stakeholders.


Working Relationships

  • Collaborates with asset engineers, planners, and other stakeholders to optimise logistics operations.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Always demonstrates behaviours in line with the company's values.


Education & Associations (Essential)

  • Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, predominantly gained in a Logistics environment.


Additional Requirements (Desirable)

  • Familiarity with Maximo and Primavera P6 is desirable.
