Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Pensions Client Manager to work on an enviable portfolio of clients and ensure a high level of quality service delivery.
Surrey, Hertfordshire or West Midlands office offering hybrid working with client visits as necessary
About the role
- Build long term relationships with clients at all levels, including both Trustee and corporate
- Contractual arrangements, commercial and financial
- Retention planning for contract extensions
- Overview on important change projects ensuring a successful outcome
- Work within internal departments to ensure all service agreements, delivery promises, and performance standards are adhere to
- Identify opportunities to expand services and gain wider client exposure
About you
- Background within Pensions administration/consulting in a similar client facing role
- Good technical knowledge across occupational DB and DC pension schemes
- Demonstrable background of liaising with stakeholders at all levels, especially Board level
- Experience of managing and developing senior relationships with clients at both a trustee and corporate level
- Commercial focus and aptitude, covering both growth and margin
