What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead with Vision – Develop and implement strategies that prioritise service user voices, drive continual improvement, and promote service excellence
- Build Collaborative Partnerships – Cultivate partnerships across public, private, and voluntary sectors to enhance service delivery and foster integrated approaches to health and well-being
- Drive Operational Excellence – Manage resources effectively while ensuring alignment with the Council’s strategic goals and maintaining financial sustainability
- Champion Community Leadership – Act as a community advocate for Nottingham City Council, enhancing the city’s reputation through innovation, safeguarding, and effective service delivery
- Inspire Transformation – Lead the transformation of adult social care services, driving change in service areas like learning disability, mental health, and housing solutions
- Must be an extremely experienced and qualified Social Worker, with a proven track record in the field.
