A global engineering solutions provider are looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands. The position is being offered as a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day from home a week.

In terms of match to the role, we are ideally looking for candidates with a background in:

• Developing strategic sourcing plans across multiple commodity areas
• Strong negotiating skills and understanding of procurement and contractual law
• Proven experience in managing complex contracts or programs
• Having lead cross-functional teams and influencing decision-makers at all levels
• Global scale market environment exposure
