Construction Contracts Manager

I am working with a expanding construction contractor who due to multiple projects being won recently, are looking for a Contracts Manager to join on a 6-8 month contract.

This role will be working on 2 luxury residential projects being built, valued at £8-10 million.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Care home construction or similar experience, hospitals, hotels, commercial, residential.
• Experience managing projects from the ground up, working onsite and with other project teams.
• Background as a builder or joiner is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on complex issues and report in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
