3Search are delighted to be working with a high-growth global business in the D2C/B2C automotive-leisure space. The brand is a major force in the industry with sustainability at it's heart. Operating in over 70 countries and 700 locations they truly have global reach. They're an award-winning brand which has recently been refreshed which has put them in a great position for continued growth and success. They are now looking to expand their marketing team by hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager which is a broad role covering multiple areas including communications, events, design, digital, email marketing and social media- across both consumer marketing and for the global franchise network.

This is an important role within the team, helping to engage customers and drive traffic to their platforms as well as helping to amplify the brand and their franchise network. This is a hands-on role where agility and a proactive attitude are critical. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment so the ability manage multiple projects and work-streams simultaneously will be key to your success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to End campaign management across all direct to brand Channels, from ideation to implementation to measurement and analysis.
• Managing email and CRM activity, social media, search and online activity
• Growing and engaging customer, follower and subscriber databases
• Creation of customer facing content across platforms such as landing pages, blogs, emails, posts working in close collaboration with in-house design team
• Agency and supplier management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Proven track record of smanaging end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM and search marketing- including experience using platforms such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise KPIs to drive program growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, and a self-starter with the ability to drive projects and initiatives independently

This role is based in Buckinghamshire in a beautiful converted barn office with a great culture. You will need to be a driver!
