Site Manager - Hard & Soft Landscaping

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the South East & UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term Hard and Soft Landscaping package based in the heart of London.

My client has permanent opportunities available for suitable candidates.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in Hard and Soft Landscaping for specialist sub contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
