Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in MEP, POWER OR DATA CENTRES This is your chance to work on the UK's largest battery factory, a flagship project that will power half of the UK's electric vehicles!
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Type: Freelance, Outside IR35
Day Rate: £400 - £475
Start Date: January
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide cost management expertise with a focus on MEP packages.
* Oversee valuations, variations, and project cost reporting.
* Manage contract administration and compliance (preferably NEC contracts).
* Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and the client to ensure successful project delivery.
