Job Description
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation in the education sector looking to add a HR Systems & Data Officer to its team for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System
Establishing efficient workflows
Ensuring data migration accuracy
Improving data management
Developing a suite of valuable HR metrics
Creating user guides and training our team on the new system
Develop your employee relations knowledge
Supporting the team with ER cases
Skills & experience required:
Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights
Ideally have an understanding of HR information systems within education
Ideally worked in a team who successfully delivered a HRIS
Have excellent relationship building skills
An analytics and process driven mind set
Be able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively
Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
