Job Description
Our client are a reputable main contractor who specialise in high rise residential and commercial build projects. Following project completion they are now looking for an Aftercare Quantity Surveyor to join their team! PERM

* Background in property maintenance
* A degree or HNC level qualification

Duties will include:
* Office based with the occasional site visits.
* Procuring materials.
* Commercially overseeing the logistics hub.
* Responsible for up to 5 projects in regards to aftercare
* Reporting into the commercial director.
* Identifying commercial risks.
* Monitoring cash flow.
* Conducting CVR's.
* Working closely with the aftercare team.
