Are you an experienced Auditor with knowledge of ISO?

We're looking for an Internal Auditor to join us!

The role sits within the Risk function which comprises of Business Continuity Management, Health & Safety, Compliance, Standards & Certifications and Risk Management. As part of DI (Direction Industrialle), the function is instrumental in supporting a Profitable and Predictable business.

The Internal Auditor will manage and supervise internal auditing activities for the business. The Internal Auditor's role is to analyse the processes of a company, identifying risk within business practices and evaluating the controls put in place to counter these.

Main duties include planning and executing internal audits, reviewing audit data, interviewing, and consulting employees and examining business operations. They are tasked with the goal of improving business performance through risk management and control.

The role can be based across a number of our sites in the United Kingdom, with an expectation to be on-site when required.

What you'll be doing:
  • Plan and deliver internal audits of determined business area or department.
  • To support maintenance of certifications and standards.
  • Driving improvement of internal processes.
  • Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations to the business.
  • Carry out presentations to management.
  • Carry out risk assessments: monitoring and evaluating how risks are being managed.
  • Ensure the business complies with all relevant policies, industry regulations and government legislation.
  • Liaise with and advise senior management on internal audit issues.
  • Provide support to the wider team on additional projects.

What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience as an Auditor.
  • An in depth knowledge of Information Security.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards, in particular ISO27001.
  • Driven by continuous improvement activity and a desire to strengthen the business.
  • Desire to learn and find better ways of working.
  • Excellent partner engagement, including partner expectation management.
  • Ability to comprehend complex data sets: deriving insight from data.
  • Experience of Power BI.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum
