MEP Project Manager

V7 Recruitment are looking for an MEP Project Manager to work for one of our reputable clients on high value Data Centre projects across Southern England.

The client is a well established M&E construction business that specialise in Critical Infrastructure and Data Centre Projects.

Ideal MEP Project Manager will have the following skills...

• Previous experience working on Data Centres
• Experience of stakeholder management
• A proven understanding of the project life cycle
• Monitoring of progress, performance and risk management
• HNC/HND in construction related subject is preferred
• CSCS/ECS Card

MEP Project Manager Duties will include...

• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high quality
• Responsibilities include risk identification, reporting, and stakeholder management, as well as upholding accurate progress
• Carry out audits and encourage a culture of health and safety on the job site
• Oversee supply chain procurement, supervise subcontractors, and create construction programs in collaboration with the planning team and project controls manager
