Site Manager - Construction - Negotiable Salary

Your new company
A growing contractor operating across East Anglia, London and the Midlands, working on a variety of projects from New Build to Refurbishments with projects including Schools and Hospitals up to £15m


Your new role
Due to this continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team reporting into the Contracts Manager. As Site Manager, you will be site based and responsible for the delivery of projects on time and within budget and meeting the clients' brief.
Some of the duties of the role include:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress.
  • Provide leadership and support to the site team.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record in delivering projects.
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff
  • Good computer skills, including the use of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
