Testing and Inspecting Electrician

XM Recruit currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Domestic Electrician to join a growing electrical business, working across the Kings Lynn area on their domestic contracts.

As a Testing and Inspecting Electrician you will be involved in carrying out electrical testing, inspections and repairs across housing associations and local authority properties.

This role is Monday – Friday, working 8am – 5pm with overtime available.

The starting salary for this position is £38,000 - £55,000 (OTE)

Duties-

* Working towards H&S regulations, reporting near misses, incidents & accidents.

* Carry out fixed wire installation tests (EICR) at client’s premises.

* Rectify faults reported on the fixed wire installation test.

* Submit all relevant certification via tablet.

Requirements –

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

* AM2

* 18th Edition

* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (desirable)

* Full UK driving license

* Previous electrical experience in domestic environment preferably with social housing experience.
