Job Description
Quantity Surveyor Required – Industrial & Commercial – Stoke on Trent Area – Up to £50K + Package
Invision are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a young & dynamic Industrial & commercial contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a growing team with a contractor with a full order book for the next 2 years.
The Role
You will be report into the commercial lead on a new project from inception through to completion, responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages and the building process to maximise profitability for the business. Produce and issue accurate and timely CVCs ensuring preliminary and material costs/forecasts are managed.
The Project(s)
My client undertakes general contracting projects throughout several sectors including Commercial and Industrial incorporating framework projects from the value of £4 Million - £15 Million in value.
