Job Description

Join us as the P2P Reporting Lead, where you'll collaborate with our Process Leads to deliver outstanding management information and reporting. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the team has the data needed to meet our SLAs and important metrics during an exciting transformation phase.

In this role, you'll dive deep into our MI, analysing, commenting on, and communicating insights that benefit both core teams and wider collaborators. Attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills are essential to effectively handle workloads and meet business demands.

This is a hybrid position, requiring flexibility to adapt to business needs. As a new team member, you'll work in the office at least one day a week during your initial 6-month induction and support period. Join us and help drive significant improvements in our processes!

What you will be doing:
  • Producing high-quality Management Information (MI), reporting, and trend analysis for P2P processes.
  • Analysing data and business processes to provide valuable insights and commentary.
  • Developing standardised MI suites for internal and external partners.
  • Driving efficiencies by recommending process improvements based on trend analysis.
  • Conducting root cause analyses in collaboration with Training and Operational Support Leads.
  • Fostering positive relationships both within NHS SBS and with external partners.
  • Adopting change to support evolving P2P needs.
  • Creating MI and reports for regular operational meetings.
  • Identifying and reporting potential financial risks to senior management.
  • Collaborating with Finance & Accounting functions to enhance the end-to-end invoice process and guarantee service delivery meets contractual obligations.

What you'll bring:
  • Expertise in data analysis and consolidating multiple data sets for reporting.
  • Strong independent worker, skilled in planning and prioritising tasks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • Meticulous with strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent social skills, comfortable communicating with senior collaborators.
  • Proficient in issue investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in data security, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

It would be great if you had:
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Background in shared service centre operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to explain concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Innovative thinker, open to exploring new directions for greater efficiency.

Salary: £28,500 per annum
